Schools are asked to bring
boards, bags, tiles and timers. We have not limited the number of teams at this
time. Prizes will be awarded.
If a team member is absent, we
will try to find them a partner. Just contact us and we’ll try to help out.
Because a mini-tournament was very popular for the younger students in the past, it will be brought back for third graders by popular demand. If you have students in the third grade, bring them along so they can enjoy the championship atmosphere and compete with other students their age. You will not need to fill out a registration form for them. Just indicate the number of third grade students so we’ll have an accurate count.
Sign-in on the day of the
championship will begin at 8:00 a.m. A coach must be present with each school
at all times. Students will not be
allowed to participate if a coach is not present.
You may bring drinks and snacks
for your students. We will also break for lunch. There are several fast food
restaurants close to the facility and we are allowed to order food for
delivery.
The tournament will end around
4 p.m. with the presentation of awards.
